OOKA - TILES
"Art" and "Craft" are truly weaved together in my work. In practice, not just as a catch- phrase.
In this line of tiles, OOKA, I created hand-made clay tiles suitable for indoors or external surfaces. While each tile is unique in form and color, they could be integrated with each other to form fascinating geometric patterns.
OOKA is inspired by the cultures of the Mediterranean, where I was born and still reside. Combining traditional forms with contemporary designs, these tiles are manufactured in our studio with the same degree of attention that we give our one-off art pieces.
